Abstract
The mainobjectiveofthisstudywastopresentadataarticlethat investigatetheeffectofworkengagementstrategiesonfaculty behaviouraloutcomes.Fewstudiesanalysehowworkengagement strategiescouldhelpindrivingstandardworkbehaviourparticu- larlyinhigherinstitutions.Inanattempttobridgethisgap,this study wascarriedoutusingdescriptiveresearchmethodand StructuralEquationModel(AMOS22)fortheanalysisoffour hundred andfortyone(441)validquestionnairewhichwere completed bythefacultymembersofthesixselectedprivate universitiesinNigeriausingstratified andsimplerandomsam- pling techniques.Factormodelwhichshowshigh-reliabilityand good fit wasgenerated,whileconstructvaliditywasprovided through convergentanddiscriminantanalyses.
