Abstract

This articlepresenteddataontheeffectoftraininganddevelop- ment onacademicstaffcreativityusingCovenantUniversityin Nigeria asthecasestudy.Thearticlewasabasedonadescriptive quantitativeresearchdesignusingSurveymethod.Thepopulation of thestudyincludedallacademicstaffintheselecteduniversity with atotalof535faculties.Asamplesizeof226facultieswas selected. Reliabilityandvalidityprocedureswereconfirmed. Data wasanalyzedwiththeuseofStatisticalPackageforSocialSciences (SPSS).Regressionanalysiswasemployedasstatisticaltoolof analysis.The field datasetismadepubliclyavailabletoenable critical orextendedanalysis
