Abstract
The articlepresentedanintegrateddatasetonemployeevalue proposition (EVP)andperformanceofselectedFastMovingCon- sumer Goods(FMCGs) firms inNigeria.Thestudyadoptedquan- titativeapproachwithadescriptiveresearchdesigntoestablish the majordeterminantsofemployeevalueproposition.The population ofthisstudyincludedstaffandmanagementofthe selected firms. Datawasanalysedwiththeuseofmeasurement and structuralequationmodellingandthe field datasetismade widely accessibletoenablecriticaloramorecomprehensive investigation.The findings identified careergrowthandreward flexibilityaspredictivedeterminantsofEVPforincreasedperfor- mance ofsampled firms. ItwasrecommendedthatFCMGs firms need toadoptconsistentrangeofstrategiestoimprovecompany strength andethicalcultureforperformancetobeheightened
