So in IT based today economy the need for e-HRM has become imperative to meet the HR challenges of 21st century. The paper view e-HRM as an umbrella term covering the integration of HRM and n: aimed at creating value for targeted employees and managers. The study evaluates the effects of electronic human resource management practices on organizational stability and growth. The study provides insight to management to use these practices as strategic tool for superior performance. The paper shows that as the latest advanced technologies offer the potential to streamline many organizational functions, so is case with human resources. It suggest that organizations should realize the impact of this new change on employees, managers, and human resource staff and understand its dimensions in order to manage the effects with a corporate strategy that is open to change. The paper concludes that Electronic Human Resource Management is an advance business solution which provides a complete on-line support in ยท tl~e management of all processes, activities, data and information required to manage human resources in a modern organisation.
