Secondary data were obtained from reports and publications from the public and private sector organizations used as case study. The data gathered were analyzed using tables and percentages. The formulated hypothesis of the study was tested using chi-square inferential statistical tool. It was found that, in both public and private sector organizations, strategic human resources management remains the driver of organizational goal achievement
