Abstract

Thedataexaminedtheeffectofemployeeresourcingstrategies oncorporateimage.Thedataweregeneratedfromatotalof 500copiesofquestionnaireadministeredtotheacademicstaff of thesix(6)selectedprivateUniversitiesinSouthwest, Nigeria,outofwhichfourhundredandforty-three(443)were retrieved.Stratifiedandsimplerandomsamplingtechniques wereusedtoselecttherespondents forthisstudy.Descriptive and LinearRegression,wereusedforthepresentationofthe data. Meanscorewasusedasstatisticaltoolofanalysis. Therefore,thedatapresentedinthisarticleismadeavailableto facilitatefurtherandmorecomprehensiveinvestigationonthe subjectmatter
