Abstract
The mainobjectiveofthisstudywastoexaminetheeffectiveness of theteachingmethodsadoptedinmotivatinguniversitystu- dents’ in Nigeriatoengageinproductinnovation.Emphasiswas laid onCovenantUniversityinNigeriawhichisthepioneerinsti- tution toofferentrepreneurshipeducationinNigeria.Thestudy adoptedquantitativemethodwithadescriptiveresearchdesignto establish trendsrelatedtotheobjectiveofthestudy.Surveywas be usedasquantitativeresearchmethod.Thepopulationofthis study comprisedallstudentsintheselecteduniversitywhichwas givenas64013.Asamplesizeof377studentswasselectedusing yard'sformula.Reliabilityandvaliditywereconfirmed. Datawas analyzed withtheuseofStatisticalPackageforSocialSciences (SPSS).Regressionanalysiswasusedasstatisticaltoolofanalysis.
