In today’s competitive banking environment, quality service is critical to individual Deposit Money Banks’ success. Delivering high quality service is closely linked to profit, cost, savings, and increasing market share. The major aim of this research is to examine the relationship that exists between Deposit Money Banks and their customers based on the challenges the banks are facing while giving quality service delivery. A sample size of 328 staffs of four selected banks was determined using the Yamane formula. The result showed that there is a positive and significant link between Deposit Money Banks’ performance and bank-customer relationship.
