Abstract
This study seeks to investigate unique attributes of the most promising innovative leadership styles for sustaining business entrepreneurs and the world at large. An integrative literature review is adopted for this analytical paper including observing autocratic, democratic, laissezfaire, hierarchal, psychological, participative, directive, transactional and transformational/soft leadership, which is directed at gathering sufficient factual information from current reality to appropriately answer the research questions. The behavioural theory of Blake-Mouton Leadership Grid is an appropriate theoretical foundation for transformational soft leadership backed up with empirical evidence of distinguished leaders from three of the world's most advanced countries - Asia, Europe, and America. It is concluded that transformational and participative leadership are best combined. Hence, policy implications entail trust, knowledgesharing and learning platforms as key mediators for choosing consultation levels and joint decision-making styles for unique contexts to induce optimum outcomes, given the ineffectiveness of 'one-size-fits-all' strategy in firms and countries.
