This paper attempts to remove the ‘quackness’ or dross in the Nigerian Accounting Lecturer/Teacher and make him the most important type of teacher that students will never forget. It brings to limelight the relevance /significance of commitment and due process in him, the factors affecting the making of a natural or an effective teacher and gives extensive/comprehensive tips employable for a worthwhile, rewarding, and successful classroom management in the lecturing/teaching profession.
