Abstract
Housing is one of the major challenges confronting developing countries like Nigeria. Past efforts of different governments to solve the growing housing problems in the country have yielded very little results. This paper therefore examines core housing concept and its potentials for ameliorating the poor inadequate housing situation in the country.
